2012 Spondon Trophy Champions – Chevin ‘A’ started their 2013 camapaign with a emphatic 7-0 win over Cosby ‘B’ at Chevin on Sunday.

Each finalist, still basking in the glory of Wollaton Park last October, was keen to show it was no fluke and in difficult conditions overcame a tough side eager to knock Chevin ‘A’ off the perch.
