Warm sunshine welcomed us at Chesterfield it was great had ordered it for our match. We played our match after a hearty breakfast. For the sun too make an appearance.

A very close match with 3 games playing extra holes to sort out a winner. Fortune favoured Ashby coming out winners in all three. The last two games going Ashby’s way.

The course was a bit wet in some areas but overall very good a credit to the club one of the best venues we have played.

Thanks for a great day Paul and send our thanks to your team really good to meet you all and the beer and food were great all the best in the future.
