Today’s match was played in cool weather to start but got warm during the game.

Most games were close, with Ashby finishing with the win 4&3.

Ian and Derek had to play 20 holes before Derek beat Ian.

The final match came down to the last hole, the score at 3-3, Chris finally clinching the game.

The teams enjoyed a well-deserved pint when all the games had finished, thanks to Steve and his team for a great match played in the normal good spirit. Hope you all got home safe and sound, thanks to all who played today, really enjoyed meeting all the team from Chesterfield D.

Onwards and upwards for the future.

Thanks again to all my team and those who couldn’t make it today, looks forward to our next match.

All the best, Ian.
