Round 1 & 2 are drawn on a grouped basis, with the Round 1 comprising of 2 matches, one home and one away, which are aggregated to a result. All matches must be completed before or on the last day of play for the round.

When arranging your match the home club must offer 3 dates, one of which must be a weekend.

Team Captains are advised to take to their match a Match Score Card to record the match result and to gather all information required to submit a result.
