A really good game was held on a splendid day at Alfreton golf course. Every game was played in a great spirit of friendship and sportsmanship. The game went down to the wire and the result was in doubt until the final putt on the 1st extra hole in the final match. Alfreton just sneaking it. Was a shame there had to be a loser. Great credit must be given to Alan Maguire and his Chevin team for making it such a splendid day.
