England Golf Reports the stabilisation of the numbers participating in Golf during 2014, following the a decade of decline. The research supports the Golf England plan to put the 3Fs into golf – fun, flexible, family. There has also been an 3.5% increase in the number of rounds played in 2014 compared to 2013.

It always good to see the game now regaining strength, and this competitions aim of supporting junior golf in your county hopefully goes a little way to ensuring we all provide a future for the sport, by providing competitions for the over fifties which directly support the grass routes foundations of Junior Golf.
